Quality is one of the most important aspects of extrusion curving. We have high standards when checking whether the contour or radius to a specific point is correct. The flatness of the part to itself is also checked to itself to see that the curved part is flat and has no concave or convex areas that it didn't have in the straight condition. Many extrusions have legs that are formed in certain degrees of angle to the profile. We check to see that the angles are the same after they are curved. We make sure the curved part shows no obvious signs of marring, scratches or gouges In quality control we consider the tolerances that you will accept.
